Joke of the day

It’s funny to realize how devastating our pollution really is, as well as what is being done about it (nothing).

This article just puts it into a humorous light, when in reality the environmentalists are freaking out (so should we all).
Click Here, to read about how Batman could not save the day…

On a side note, although it’s a much more important topic than the ladder, (so am I just getting back on track?)
Grace (not Prevenient grace, I am not an Arminian).
Is unquestionably one of the biggest things I will never understand and realize how deep the grace of my Father really is (the Father in the Trinitarianism doctrine, of course.) I had to debate wether or not to show “grace” (in the palest of form) to a lad, and it took me a good few minutes to roll it over in my mind. I’m such a “BALL OF SIN!” (as Dana nicely puts it).

Thank you Lord for giving us Your Spirit to guide us and to keep pointing us back too you. My flesh is rotten and dirty, and I am nothing without you.

“My grace is sufficient for you, for my
power is made perfect in weakness. “
Therefore I will boast all the more gladly
about my weakness, so that Christ’s power
may rest on me.

-2 Corinthians 12:9

Late nights, come home, work sucks, I know….

Ok… so I’ve never quoted a Blink 182 song, and never will again… but.. ha, It was appropriate.
Been working tons, but have at least seen results from hard work.

Had a really good time tonight hanging out with Justin, Buddy, Brandon, Josh, and Victory. They were starting a book entitled “Systematic Theology”, how wrong can you be with that in hand? NOT VERY! It was really good talking, Buddy is a cool guy, everyone had some really cool input. Can we know for certain? What is truth? Certainty? (hahaha… just kidding about that last part… totally an inside joke!!)

I’ve been playing guitar, and looking up chords, and then got distracted with flashy buttons and things that make me want to update my online website. It’s such an amazing website at that… just a few clicks and BAM, you can have your very own web site as well.

Finally found “Enter the Worship Circles” music place, and really cool songs they have. What great worship songs. It totally reminds me of back at the day in Quest, when big Dave lead worship, and everyone is zoned in straight into the heart of God. I hope he’s still being a lead worshiper somewhere, he definently was gifted with music.

8 sentence update on life right now. Ready? God really big, I am really important to God. Work is crazy, I don’t like it eating up all my time, but I’m glad I’m useful and know what I’m doing (crazy how prayer can be to an extreme. Sense at the beginning of my journey here, I prayed that I would be useful and be  able to do things well… boy has that sure been answered!) I’m currently a “site chief” for an operation going on, to test a new “package” for a general who would deploy if the need arose. We provide him with a full suite of features since we are the “Communication battalion” (I put that in quotes merely for the fact that we make fun of how bad the commands leadership is, and no-one knows how to communicate over here!) It’s pretty cool, big “alaskan” tents (domed tents that can be set up anywhere in the world, really nice ones), as well as what’s inside of it. Two domed areas with 4 projectors each, tied into the network, that can be accessed with any computer on the network, to be able to project a presentation or battle plans.. or some nonsense like that. :) Internal networks going everwhere, as well as regular internet being provided by the DATA PIPELINE (HEHE!!) that I’m creating with my satellite equipment that gets the signal from another base… Ok… I know, I’m done speaking geek.

I’m tired, and I’m going to work tomorrow.

I would love to hear how your doing. Shoot me an email, or say hi on my comment or something! I hope that no matter where your at in life, you see God’s hand working, knowing that He is in control… yes… I may be a five point Calvanist!

Current Memory Verses

Psalm 119:11 (New International Version)
I have hidden your word in my heart

that I might not sin against you.

Ephesians 2:8-10 (New International Version)
8For it is by grace you have been saved,
through faith—and this not from yourselves, it
is the gift of God— 9not by works, so that no
one can boast. 10For we are God’s workmanship,
created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which
God prepared in advance for us to do.

Romans 12:1-2 (New International Version)
1Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God’s
mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy
and pleasing to God—this is your spiritual act of
worship. 2Do not conform any longer to the pattern
of this world, but be transformed by the renewing
of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve
what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.
